Description
Renovation of the 3rd and 4th floors for the new faculty spaces. A sixteen week schedule was met to accommodate the University’s preference. A new rooftop air handling unit and 30 fan coils were added in the mechanical room and along the perimeter of each floor. New interior finishes included: VCT, carpet, ceramic tile and architectural mill-work. Mechanical, electrical, plumbing and lighting controls all were upgraded and a complete new fire protection system was installed. Ritter Hall is an important hub on campus where faculty now have a modern space to plan and strategize their delivery of information for the entire student body.
