Pat has over 35 years of diversified construction experience in pre-construction, conceptual cost evaluation, hard bid estimating, and management of our historical cost data base. As Target’s Secretary/Treasurer, his responsibilities are broad and include the management of the estimating department, review and procurement of contracts, subcontractor networking, and the ongoing monitoring of our subcontractor/vendor data base system.

With 35+ years of hands-on construction experience in the local market, Rich handles the role of President at Target Building Construction. Leadership is a key element in our company’s focus, and the leadership he provides is evidenced by his daily involvement in activities at the home office and our jobsites.

Answer: What I enjoy most about working in construction, specifically Target Building, is working with our team of employees and playing a role in making our client’s vision a reality.

At Target, Nathan’s responsibilities include all aspects of combined company project contracts from date of award to owner completion. He oversees daily activities of all project managers, superintendents, and site personnel.

Answer: Harry Kalas – I used to listen to him on the radio growing up.

Jeremy is responsible for the daily operations of our Philadelphia field office. This office primarily manages projects at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the University of Pennsylvania. His other responsibilities include: management of all office and field staff, cost control/analysis, estimating, schedule development, and project logistics.
Question: What are you passionate about?
Answer: I am tremendously passionate about building, leading, and inspiring those around me to become better every day and to genuinely believe in and care about whatever it is they are doing. This is true for me in all aspects of my life whether it be with my family, with my friends, with my Co-Workers, and in my own pursuits of personal growth.

Dina provides direct management oversight for the project team. She provides continuity from pre-construction through the entire construction phase and ensures the appropriate resources are available for the project. Dina takes an active role in key milestone events that include the partnering session, GMP development, value engineering, constructability, and schedule reviews.
Question: What’s your go-to song to get work done?
Answer: I am a huge fan of Eric Church (yes – he’s country – but with a definite edge)…so I would have to say Drink in My Hand by Eric Church.

John has nearly 30 years of professional construction management experience in the Delaware Valley as a Superintendent, Project Manager and Director of Field Operations. As Director of Field Operations, John oversees Target’s field teams to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and quality control from pre-construction to project close-out.
Question: What’s your dream car?
Answer: A Range Rover, I drove one across the African Serengeti once and it was awesome.

Steve brings more than 13 years of experience to construction management. At Target, his responsibilities include oversight of all field personnel and subcontractors – and the timely completion of projects within the highest levels of QA/QC standards. He coordinates with our estimating team to review all pre-construction related items in regard to MEPFP subcontractors. He has strong experience and knowledge of LEED principals/requirements, certification paperwork, and the closeout process.
Question: What’s your typical Friday night look like?
Answer: After a long work week, my family and I enjoy pizza Fridays. It’s a tradition we tend to keep up on most Fridays of the month. Big pizza guy.

Answer: Running the Philadelphia Marathon.

With 30 years of experience as a project safety director, Chris excels in managing all construction phases with a consistent track record of meeting all project execution, delivery, and budget requirements. Chris has proven ability to develop and implement strategic operating programs that significantly reduce average construction times and overhead costs while improving quality rates. He also has an exceptional track record of meeting or exceeding all project profit objectives and most importantly in his role, maintaining OSHA recordable incidents at or below defined targets.
Question: What’s your favorite tv show to watch?
Answer: Ok, so favorite TV show… there have been a few. Top of the list is easily Dallas, Star Trek, the Next Generation, Gilligan’s Island, and Lucifer.

Andrew’s responsibilities include BIM coordination, daily management of BIM project data sets/workflows, and project set up. He also is responsible for liaison with the design team to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams and also provides the project team technical support for BIM-enabling software applications.
Question: If money didn’t matter, where would you plan your next vacation?
Answer: It would have to be at least a week trip in late September to early October to the Letterewe Estate hunting lodge on Loch Maree in the Scottish Highlands.

As a project estimator with more than a decade of experience in all phases of the construction process, Brad meets with clients to review and develop scope of work statements, undertakes quantity takeoffs, and works with subcontractors to obtain bids and conduct descope meetings. He studied Civil Engineering at Drexel University, completed the General Building Contractors Association ten-week estimating course, and has worked on numerous projects for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Question: What is your favorite TV show?
Answer: My wife and I watch Survivor.

Lou is responsible for directing liaison with clients for project execution. He provides oversight for the project team, schedule, cost, and quality issues. Lou also works with field supervision, subcontractors, and tests lab personnel to enforce and maintain quality control standards.
Question: What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve done?
Answer: In 1964 I went to the New York World’s Fair to see Michelangelo’s Pieta. At the time I was 12 years old, living in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and went to the fair by myself.
