This office primarily manages projects at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and the University of Pennsylvania. His other responsibilities include: management of all office and field staff, cost control/analysis, estimating, schedule development, and project logistics.
Question: What are you passionate about?
Answer: I am tremendously passionate about building, leading, and inspiring those around me to become better every day and to genuinely believe in and care about whatever it is they are doing. This is true for me in all aspects of my life whether it be with my family, with my friends, with my Co-Workers, and in my own pursuits of personal growth.

At Target, his responsibilities include oversight of all field personnel and subcontractors – and the timely completion of projects within the highest levels of QA/QC standards. He coordinates with our estimating team to review all pre-construction related items in regard to MEPFP subcontractors. He has strong experience and knowledge of LEED principals/requirements, certification paperwork, and the closeout process.
Question: What’s your typical Friday night look like?
Answer: After a long work week, my family and I enjoy pizza Fridays. It’s a tradition we tend to keep up on most Fridays of the month. Big pizza guy.

Answer: Ok, so favorite TV show… there have been a few. Top of the list is easily Dallas, Star Trek, the Next Generation, Gilligan’s Island, and Lucifer.

He also is responsible for liaison with the design team to ensure changes in procedure and standards are effectively communicated to project teams and also provides the project team technical support for BIM-enabling software applications.
Question: If money didn’t matter, where would you plan your next vacation?
Answer: It would have to be at least a week trip in late September to early October to the Letterewe Estate hunting lodge on Loch Maree in the Scottish Highlands.

Email BradAs a project estimator with more than a decade of experience in all phases of the construction process, Brad meets with clients to review and develop scope of work statements, undertakes quantity takeoffs, and works with subcontractors to obtain bids and conduct descope meetings. He studied Civil Engineering at Drexel University, completed the General Building Contractors Association ten-week estimating course, and has worked on numerous projects for Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Question: What’s the most adventurous thing you’ve done?
Answer: In 1964 I went to the New York World’s Fair to see Michelangelo’s Pieta. At the time I was 12 years old, living in the suburbs of Philadelphia, and went to the fair by myself.
