Pat has over 35 years of diversified construction experience in pre-construction, conceptual cost evaluation, hard bid estimating, and management of our historical cost data base. As Target’s Secretary/Treasurer, his responsibilities are broad and include the management of the estimating department, review and procurement of contracts, subcontractor networking, and the ongoing monitoring of our subcontractor/vendor data base system.

Rich is one half of Target’s co-founders, with its inception taking place in 1990. Rich establishes the strategy and goals for Target in collaboration with the board of directors and guides the organization’s growth through career development, community impact and financial forecasting.

Steve provides direct management oversight for our project management teams. He provides continuity from pre-construction through the construction phase and ensures the appropriate resources are available for our team members. Steve participates in executive decisions regarding GMP development, value engineering, constructability, and schedule reviews. He oversees daily activities of all project managers, superintendents, and site personnel.

As the head of our healthcare sector, Jeremy is responsible for daily operations on site as well as overseeing our preconstruction department. He is fully engaged with our on-site team at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and leads all healthcare bid opportunities from our main office. His responsibilities include management of staff, cost control, estimating, schedule development and site logistics.

Bill’s responsibilities include oversight of field personnel and subcontractors along with the timely completion of projects within the highest levels of QA/QC standards. He coordinates with our preconstruction team to advise on logistics, schedule, and long lead items.

With over 30 years of experience as a Project Safety Director, Chris has proven ability to develop and implement strategic operating programs that significantly reduce average construction times and overhead costs while improving quality rates. He also has an exceptional track record of meeting or exceeding all project profit objectives and most importantly in his role, maintaining OSHA recordable incidents at or below defined targets.

Megan’s responsibilities include creating and executing all visual communications amongst our staff and to our clients. She maintains our social media pages, updates all marketing material, and leads all product development discussions.

As Director of Field Operations, Dan oversees Target’s field teams to ensure seamless communication, coordination, and quality control from pre-construction to project close-out.

Lou brings to Target over 30 years of architectural experience. He is responsible for directing liaison with clients for project execution. He provides oversight for the project team, schedule, cost, and quality issues. Lou also works with field supervision, subcontractors, and tests lab personnel to enforce and maintain quality control standards.
