Description
Target Building completed a project at Swarthmore College’s core, our team excelled in managing the refurbishment of Parrish Hall’s third and fourth floors. Dating back to 1868, Parrish Hall holds historical significance as the campus’s inaugural structure. With lower floors serving as administrative spaces, the third and fourth floors have been transformed into modern residence halls, featuring single-sex wings with various room options and shared gang-style bathrooms. Our scope for the Summer 2023 project included:
- Elevated Aesthetics: Introducing contemporary finishes like new flooring, millwork trim, plaster repair, and suspended ceilings.
- Revitalized Restrooms: Complete renovations, incorporating sleek solid surface walls, state-of-the-art fixtures, and resilient epoxy floors.
Beyond aesthetics, our commitment extended to vital MEPFP enhancements, from fire alarm replacement to advanced fan coil units. This collaboration not only revived a historic landmark but also showcased our unwavering dedication to delivering excellence in construction management services.
