Description
Target Building Construction was chosen as the Construction Manager for the two phased renovation of the residence hall located off Route 320 on the west end of the campus. Taking place over two summers, this much needed work to renovate the buildings envelope included: mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, and roofing work. The 140-room residence hall was renovated for the first time since opening in 1981. The first phase was completed on time in mid- August for the returning students to begin studies.
