Alleghany Avenue property is a local historic facility that will service as the gateway to Kensington, offering critical medical and related health services in the community. The project consists of the renovation of a former bank building into a new, state-of-the-art group medical facility. The gross floor area includes a basement, first through fourth floors, and contains approximately 40,370 gross square feet. The project additionally includes the site and off-site construction on the rear parking lot containing approximately 5,000 square feet of area.
