Target Building Construction performed all pre-construction and building construction for the entire site at Villanova Shopping Center starting in 2006. Working in unison with the Provco Group the upscale retail/commercial building is currently home to Marcus Brind Center of Thomas Jefferson University, A.I. duPont Children’s Hospital Primary Care, United States, Post Office, Wine and Spirits, and Azie Restaurant.
