Southern Ocean County Hospital

Target Building Construction was awarded the fit out of the Southern Ocean County Hospital Telemetry Suite and Inpatient Dialysis Suite, occupying a full floor in our Mancini Pavilion. Construction comprised of 18 inpatient rooms, including isolation rooms and three chronic renal dialysis stations. Target construction managers adhered to specific time frames and maintained strict infection control guidelines during coring with an active ICU below our space. I was thoroughly impressed with the attention to detail by the entire field and project management staffs. The end result of this successful project is our residents and visitors have a 21st century facility for both telemetry and dialysis services.
