• Concrete ramping with railings in courtyard and lobby
• 10,000 square feet of new sidewalk
• ADA Bathrooms renovated on first, second and third floors with showers, water closets, ceramic tile floors and walls.
• Installed new sprinkler system with fire alarm.
• New electric throughout the building including 1500 linear feet of voice and data wiring.
• Doors frames and hardware installed in 52 rooms and 150 new replacement windows.
• New VCT and paint throughout dormitory.
• Project completed in 10 weeks.
