• Target Building Construction is managing and building the interior package for the Medical Office Building, totaling 360,000 square feet on Six Floors.
• We have been involved in the pre-construction process along with Capital Health Systems, Anchor Health Properties, HKS Architects, ARRAY Healthcare Facilities Solutions, AKF Engineers and SKANSKA, who is constructing the building shell.
• When Complete, Capital Health System will have the only LEED-accredited hospital in the state.
